Due to continuing COVID restrictions, this year’s CROP walk will again be virtual instead of live. Immanuel Congregational UCC’s team is collecting donations to help fund the efforts of the CROP Hunger Walk campaign. Come worship with us during the Lenten season. Please remember that social distancing and wearing of masks is required for the protection of all worshippers.
Palm Sunday Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 28th. Worship includes special music.
The Maundy Thursday service will be on April 1st at 8:00 p.m. It will feature the Tenebrae service of shadows, communion, hymns and special music.
Easter will be Sunday, April 4th. Worship will be at 11:00 a.m. and will include special music and Easter Communion.
For those not able to worship with us on Sunday, we ask that you go to the Souper Bowl of Caring .

Sunday, November 29th – First Sunday in Advent
Tuesday, December 13th – 6:15 p.m. Blue Christmas Worship
Sunday, December 20th at 11:00 a.m. Christmas Sunday Worship Service.
Thursday, December 24th at 8:00 p.m.: Christmas Eve Candlelight Service filled with Christmas carols, music from our choir and soloists.
Sunday, January 3rd – Epiphany Sunday Worship
Come enjoy an outdoor worship filled with music followed by a picnic. Covid-19 restrictions for outdoor activities will be in place. Hamburgers and Hotdogs are provided by the church. If you bring a dish to pass that you have made yourself, make sure precautions are made in the preparation.
On Sunday, June 21, 2020 Immanuel will be returning to worshiping on site. Due to continuing concerns of the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing rules will be in place. These include:
• Facemasks are required. Extras will be available at the door
• Facebook Live Worship will continue
• ”Meet and greet” times moved outside as possible
• Refreshments offered outdoors only
• Lines for entry/exit monitored for distancing
• No physical contact
• Eliminate use of items touched by multiple people, like collection plate/shared books
• Refrain from having people come forward to common altar rail for Holy Communion, blessing, etc.
• No classes for youth or childcare
• Sanitize common areas
• Signs advise no entry if recent fever, symptoms or contact with positive patient
• 6-foot physical distancing except for family groups
• Face coverings worn at all times inside by anyone over 10 years old
• Worship leaders addressing congregation and performing singers
may take off face mask
• 12-foot physical distance required at these times
• Hand sanitizing stations at entrances

On Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., Immanuel will hold a virtual Maundy Thursday service. The service will include communion, so please have the elements (bread and grape juice) prepared before the service begins.
