Thanks to all who participated in the Super Supper fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project. The Wounded Warrior Project provides services, assistance, and aid for injured service members. You can still donate directly to the Wounded Warrior Project by clicking here.

Immanuel will be hosting a Rummage Sale on Thursday, September 20th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tables are available for rental for $15.

Sunday, October 3rd will be World Communion Sunday. Immanuel will celebrate the Lord’s Supper along with churches around the world. It also marks the beginning of “Children First” worship on the first Sundays of the month. This is intentionally designed to have adults and young children worship together.

and visitors will be invited to bring their pets forward to be blessed.

On Sunday July 17th at 11:00 a.m., Immanuel will worship at Scripter Park on Glaspie Street. Music and a picnic will follow.

Immanuel will be hosting a Rummage Sale as part of the Community Yard Sale on June 23-25 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tables are available for rental for $15. Hot dogs, chips, cookies and beverages will also be for sale.

After a lifetime of dedication and hard work for our congregation, Bill and Barb Theurer have moved to be closer to their children and grandchildren. On Sunday, May 15th, we’ll be honoring this transition in their lives with a special worship service and luncheon. Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. The luncheon will follow worship.

Immanuel will have moving and joyful events during Holy Week and Easter Day.

Come and join us at Immanuel Congregational Church, 1 Hovey St., Oxford, on Thursday, May 5th for an ecumenical prayer breakfast in observance of the National Day of Prayer.  Ministers from local Christian churches will lead us in prayer for our nation and our world.  This early-morning event begins at 7:30 a.m. with prayer, song, and an inspirational message from Pastor Liz Wilson of Immanuel Congregational Church. 

A free continental breakfast will follow.  There is no charge to attend.  A freewill offering will be taken up to benefit the work of the Oxford Problem Pregnancy Center.  Come and join us in earnest prayer for our nation and our world!  For further information, call Kathy Hasty at St. Joseph Church, 248.693.0440.

Come join us Tuesday, March 8th at 7:30 p.m. to enjoy delicious desserts, gourmet coffees and great entertainment provided by Josef Flores. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children under 12 (children under 3 are free). Proceeds go to benefit Immanuel’s Christian Life  Ministries. Our Church is at 1 Hovey St. (one block west Washington (M24) and Dennison St.
