Starting at 8:30 a.m., there will be a pancake breakfast benefiting the VFW National Children’s  Home. Buttermilk, chocolate chip and blueberry pancakes, sausages and beverage. $6 a person. Children under two eat free! Click here to visit the official VFW National Children’s Home website.

Immanuel will hold a special peace service in Centennial Park on Sunday, July 17th at 11:00 a.m., weather permitting. Chairs will be provided or bring a lawn chair and enjoy our worship service. Activities for children and refreshments! Centennial Park is located one block from the church on M-24 in Downtown Oxford.

Immanuel will be hosting an Ice Cream Soda Party on Saturday, May 21st from 2:00-4:00 p.m. This event is free and open to everyone!. Get creative and design your own masterpiece.

Join us for hot and cold buffet, dessert and beverages all for $8. A variety of crafts will be offered for sale as well as a bake sale. Proceeds benefit the ministries of Immanuel Congregational Church. Call 248-628-1610 for carry-out!

Thursday, April 28th, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. & Friday April 29th 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Discover your next great find at our annual rummage sale.  All proceeds benefit the ministries at Immanuel Congregational, United Church of Christ. .

Palm Sunday Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 20th. Worship includes special music including Liturgical Dance.

The Maundy Thursday service will be on March 24th at 7:30 p.m. It will feature the Tenebrae service of shadows, communion, hymns and an anthem by the choir.

Easter will be Sunday, March 27th. Start your morning with a potluck breakfast at 10:00 a.m. Worship will be at 11:00 a.m. and will include music by our choir and Easter Communion. Childcare will be provided.

Immanuel will be hosting a “Family Art Night” on Thursday, March 10th from 7-9 p.m. There will be a variety of art projects suitable for all ages. There is no cost and refreshments will be provided.

Come join Immanuel on our “Year of Gratitude.”  Discover the changes in your life that are possible when you take time each day to look for things that you are grateful for. Keep a journal and reflect on it every day.

Immanuel’s 2016 Annual meeting will be held Sunday, January 17th. After worship there will be a potluck lunch followed by the meeting.
