Our church’s annual meeting will be Sunday, January 22nd following worship and a short luncheon. We will discuss group reports and approve a budget for the coming fiscal year.

There are a lot of events at Immanuel throughout the Christmas season.

Tuesday, December 6th at 6:15 p.m. – Family Movie Night “The Christmas Shoes”
Tuesday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. – Blue Christmas Service
Tuesday, December 20th at 6:15 p.m. – Youth Christmas Party and Movie “The Christmas Blessing”
Saturday, December 24th at 8:00 p.m. – Christmas Eve Candlelight Family Service
Sunday, December 25th at 11:00 p.m. – Christmas Worship

Christmas Church Decorating – Saturday November 26th 2-5 p.m.

To help celebrate the beginning of advent, Immanuel will be “hanging the greens” by decorating the church. Ornament decorating will be available for children (make one to put on the tree, take one home). Hot soup and bread will be available afterward followed by a carol sing.

Friendship Sunday – First Sunday in Advent November 27th

Immanuel is inviting friends and family to a special breakfast and service. A light breakfast will begin at 10:00 a.m. for a time of good fellowship. Everyone is then invited to the worship service at 11:00 a.m. where we will be celebrating our friends.

Fall Salad Luncheon

Immanuel is hosting a Fall Salad Luncheon on Thursday, November 17th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Come enjoy a wide variety of our best salads and desserts. Cost: $6. Price includes beverages. Carryouts available.

Wounded Warrior Super Supper – Thursday, November 10th

Rummage Sale Oct. 13 -15

Immanuel will be hosting a Rummage Sale on October 13-15 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tables are available for rental for $15. Hot dogs, chips, cookies and beverages will also be for sale.

World Communion Sunday – Blessing of the Animals

Sunday, October 3rd will be World Communion Sunday. Immanuel will celebrate the Lord’s Supper along with churches around the world. It also marks the beginning of “Children First” worship on the first Sundays of the month. This is intentionally designed to have adults and young children worship together.

Special Worship: Scripture at Scripter
